FrostByte Computer Services is run by Wayne Frost, who provides IT support for homes and businesses from Taupō, working remotely with clients right across New Zealand. With a background in both Fine Arts and Computer Systems, Wayne connects to your computer online, finds the problem and fixes it while you watch, so there is no call-out and nothing to drop off. Sessions run through UltraViewer on a PC or TeamViewer on a Mac, and you can end them at any time by closing the app. Wayne also teaches one-on-one computer lessons, online or in person in Taupō, from complete beginners through to Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop and Illustrator.
